TO EXPEDITE YOUR ORDER please include the following important information:

Part Number - This can be found by looking up the part on the Spare Parts List provided in the equipment manual

Model Number - This can be found on the Serial Number Plate on the equipment. If no Serial Number Plate can be found, the model number can usually be found in the Sales Confirmation Document or the Process Flow Schematic which accompanied the Sales Confirmation.

Serial Number - This can also be found on the Serial Number Plate.

IF NONE OF THE INFORMATION LISTED ABOVE IS READILY AVAILABLE please e-mail a digital JPEG image or hand drawn sketch of the part with all pertinent information to Allen Williams at awilliams@process-control.com.
